End of week 10....

Well guys tomorrow is the last day of the 10th week into my 12 week get rip challenge, which at this point is a real marker to see how I'm doing...so far I'm on track and now is the time to tweak the diet, change a few things, which I will start from Monday...training I will keep the same for another week. My progress this time round has been much better and steady, what has been most significant  is the amount great conditioning I'm getting with 60% less cardio!!!!!!! 
The show season is drawing nearer and the 12week challenge was bench mark for me to prepare myself , for my pre comp prep for the up and coming shows in 2013...I'm pleased where I am right now,  so guys watch out for me in 2013.......
