Morning guys, feeling very good this morning definitely on the back straight in terms and conditions saw some bits on the side I've never seen before... so will definitely hitting the last 100 metres this week!!!

Posing practice
Did some more posing practice after abs and cardio this morning...i feel I've nailed the side chest so was working on side tricep even thou i practice all the poses i focus more on one pose each day and today is tricep...more later!!!!
No gym today....
No gym for me today as I pumped the chest hard on Wednesday with my "man dem" Helder Antonio Barroso & Naveed Muzaffar...so will do a bit of cardio & abs in my home this morning gym!!!

Just finished an hours posing practice, trying to hit those poses. Got to Keep at it wanna be my best when I hit the stage!!!!

Note to Helder.
Hi guys here's my note to Helder...
Helder, last year I listened to lots of people and they kept saying I need to do lots of cardio to burn the fat and was advised to do 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening so I was doing 2 hours a day and to be honest it was stressing me out...now I do 25-30 min a day and that's it!!! What I thinks helping me is my diet & training, I'm eating one meal less a day I've increased the size of the food meals but overall I'm eating 150g of protein less a day & 200g less of carbs, I've increased the fat slightly and I feel good for it, I have less craving to reach for say a protein bar or cheat meal...and the good thing is I'm much fuller!!!! I've also changed my training in terms of reps... I really feel its down to understanding your body and how it reacts to changes, I haven't done a full year in bodybuilding and I'm learning new things about body every day....

My Weight...
Weighed my self this morning and I'm very pleased with my weight in fact it's 1.15kg better than I expected at this stage!!!!

Legs done!!!!
Really enjoyed today's leg workout, but my cardio was even better, I'm up on all my numbers!!!
Is this really Easter?????
The car temperature says -4.5° there is snow on the ground and we lost one hours sleep last night and where am I outside the gym waiting to hit the quads.....

Feeling good this morning, had a sneaky peak in the good mirror as part of 'The Ice Reflections" named by Tara Hewitt and I liked what I saw so feeling well motivated this morning and with only one week & one day before the end of the challenge so all is on track...

Mirror...
Sunday morning and it's time to punish the legs... We are now at the end of the 10th week, I had promised myself I would not look in my good mirror until the end of the 10th week, and I had a look last night and I'm very pleased with what I saw, I was not expecting this good a condition after 10 weeks, I have gone far beyond my expectations and I'm Heavier in this condition!!!!!!
The changes i made have really paid off....

End of week 10....
Well guys tomorrow is the last day of the 10th week into my 12 week get rip challenge, which at this point is a real marker to see how I'm doing...so far I'm on track and now is the time to tweak the diet, change a few things, which I will start from Monday...training I will keep the same for another week. My progress this time round has been much better and steady, what has been most significant is the amount great conditioning I'm getting with 60% less cardio!!!!!!!
The show season is drawing nearer and the 12week challenge was bench mark for me to prepare myself , for my pre comp prep for the up and coming shows in 2013...I'm pleased where I am right now, so guys watch out for me in 2013.......
